General Assembly

The Assembly is the supreme body of the Association and it is formed by all its members, represented by the President of each Institution or his/her representative, according to the rule of one delegate for each member.  All the members must observe its decisions.

The Assembly can sit in an Ordinary form, at least once a year and in Extraordinary session, when necessary.

The principal competences of the Assembly are:

- elaboration of the activity and action plan of the Association
- approval of the provisional budget and the appropriation account
- election, dismissal and substitution of the Management Board's members
- approval and modification of standing orders
- approval of the accession of new members
- annual definition of member instalment's amount
- determination of accession, merger, integration and participation cases to other associations and/or similar federations.
